Not because we place our faith in our own abilities, but because we trust the One who created us, formed us, and continues to work through us.

I began writing simply to leave a footprint behind. A witness of faith. A reminder for my children and, perhaps, for others who may one day walk a similar road. Whether anyone reads my words or hears my songs has never been the most important thing.

What matters is remaining faithful.

I write because it is the gift God placed within me. I create because praise rises naturally from a grateful heart. Through every season of life, I have come to trust that Christ walks with me still.

And so I do the work.

Christ provides the life within it.

The rest, I leave in His hands.
