As a devoted Catholic blogger, my writing at Rejoice and Praise pours out my heart for spirituality, Catholic faith, and Bible study, reflecting the love and truth of Christ. Yet, one article broke from my usual focus, diving into the chilling darkness of Chinese superstition surrounding Yu Menglong’s death: “Chinese Superstition vs. Catholic Faith: Unmasking Occult Evil”. I felt compelled to expose this tragedy, but sharing it on X has cost me dearly. My original account was hacked and stolen, leaving me powerless to reclaim it. Undeterred, I created a new account, only for it to be unjustly suspended.
All I did was post my blog, repost news about Yu Menglong’s mysterious death, and share YouTube videos mourning his loss. As a Catholic, I’m heartbroken and outraged to think that even on X—a platform hailed as a beacon of free speech—the long arm of the CCP or those stifling the truth about Yu Menglong’s death could silence my voice. How can a platform built on freedom allow such suppression? My faith drives me to speak out against this injustice, for “the truth will set you free” (John 8:32). Yu’s story—a life possibly snuffed out by demonic superstition—deserves to be heard, not buried. As a Catholic, I refuse to let fear or censorship dim the light of God’s truth shining through my words.
God Bless, and may the Truth of God always prevail 🙏
