I am often asked, “What is Ignatian Spirituality? It is difficult to explain as I am doing the spiritual exercises, and find it difficult to explain it in a nutshell. The following website was referred to me by my Ignatian Spiritual Director and I hope it helps answer all your questions.
It is above all a commitment to take part in a series of Spiritual Exercises which will draw you closer to Jesus – to know him more intimately, to love him more deeply, and to follow him more closely. Working with a Spiritual Director is also an important part of the process. Ask your parish priest, or contact the St. Ignatius Spiritual Centre in your city.
