Drawing and painting is spiritually healing for me. It is through art making that I draw closer to God. This process allows me to inwardly grapple with questions and issues that gives me a deeper insight into my faith journey.

On a more universal level – light and dark is one of my themes. It is a deep concern for our human condition and how we can arise out of the dark depths that seeks to control us in its matrix. Freedom can only be found in the light of Jesus Christ.
