A Stronger Me In My Own Existence

Brothers and sisters, as I recently finished reading 1 Timothy, I was struck by the closing words in 6:20: “Avoid the godless chatter and contradictions of what is falsely called knowledge, for by professing it some have missed the mark as regards to faith.”

What a reminder for us today! Our God, El Emunah—the Faithful One—never changes. Nothing can separate us from His love. And though the world is full of speculation about the future, Jesus was clear: no one knows the day or the hour of His return. What He asks of us is simple—to stay faithful, to remain prepared, and to keep our hearts rooted in Him.

Yes, September 2025 brings many notable events—astronomical signs like eclipses, the Jewish Feast of Trumpets, even world gatherings such as the UN assembly. The internet overflows with predictions of rapture, timelines of tribulation, and supposed visions of chaos. But Scripture calls us to look beyond the noise.

Jesus Himself told us He will come like a thief in the night. Just as the parable of the bridesmaids teaches, it is not about knowing when the Bridegroom arrives, but about being ready when He does.

So let us not be carried away by fear or speculation. Instead, let us be a people of hope, with lamps filled with oil, hearts filled with Christ, and faith that endures. Our call is not to predict, but to prepare. Our task is not to chase signs, but to stay close to the Savior.

Hold fast, friends. Stay awake in faith. And let Jesus find you ready, watching, and full of love when He comes.
